First Steps: Early Literacy Program

Our goal is to make early literacy a high priority throughout the County. Read more about the Early Literacy Program here.

A strong public library system is the very foundation upon which a community builds for the future…

The Laramie County Library Foundation calls upon private support to enhance our Laramie County Library System’s leadership and innovation, helping the library address emerging community needs and trends. The Foundation’s vision is that every person enjoys a relationship with learning and libraries that lasts a lifetime.

Our vision is accomplished through fundraising, advocacy, and innovative programs.

Through this relationship, all people can have the tools for their quest for lifelong learning and adventure. The main goal of the Foundation is to raise funds for the System to support innovative programming and services, as well as the expansion of our award-winning collections.  Without our generous donors, the System could not meet the expectations of library patrons.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community-based organization.  Please consult your tax advisor regarding donations and tax deductions.
