Psycho-Geography: Mapping Your Inner Life

Make a map of your own perfect world, using simple materials easily duplicated at home. No experience necessary! Freestyle doodling and spontaneous writing will lead to meaningful diagrams and topographies. Finish by attaching protective paper covers to each map—you’re ready to navigate the next adventure into the unknown! (Adults & Teens; Storytime Room)

Building Healthful Meals 101

Thinking about cooking on a whole food diet? Would you like to maintain a healthy blood sugar and build delicious meals? Get tips from Camille Asay, a local nutritional health coach. Take home recipes and a shopping list for a week’s worth of meals with an approximate cost per meal figured out for you. (Adults; Sunflower Room)
Family Build: Cardboard-A-Palooza

Recycling day has never been so fun! We’ll have the tools and cardboard on-hand for you to enjoy an afternoon of creating. (Children & Families; Cottonwood Room)
