Cheyenne, let’s move our bodies and exercise our minds! Please join us for gentle chair yoga with Toni Brannan from Blossom Yoga Studio. The session this month will be in the afternoon on the second Wednesday, so mark your calendars! We will practice yoga while seated or standing for 50 minutes. During the session, Toni will weave poetry throughout to offer an inspired practice for body, mind, and soul. All equipment provided. No prior yoga experience is needed.
