Matinee Movies for Mindful Aging: Chariots of Fire

Based on actual events, the Academy Award Best Picture winner Chariots of Fire (1981, PG) wrestles with issues of pride, consciousness, and honor. Two British track athletes from different religious backgrounds run to prove something to the world and themselves. Refreshments from the Library Café and popcorn are provided.
