Seniors and Veterans Connect (Burns Branch)

Seniors and veterans are invited to enjoy refreshments and free activities. On March 9, bring out your competitive skills with checkers, chess, and an old fashioned marbles game! On March 23, there will be a matinee showing of the film Brooklyn (rated PG-13), starring Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan. An Irish immigrant lands in 1950s Brooklyn where she quickly falls into a romance with a local. However, when her past catches up with her she must choose between two countries and the lives that exist within.
