Presenter’s Bio:
Louisa Eid LMSW is a licensed psychotherapist with experience practicing with individuals, groups and families, serving children, adults, and older adults. Louisa utilizes a holistic approach focusing on the individual’s unique needs and goals, emphasizing personalized strengths-based, culturally competent and trauma-informed interventions. Louisa has been a mental health professional for over 7 years and is currently receiving clinical supervision towards clinical licensure, using CBT, DBT-informed, IFS-informed, narrative therapy, motivational-interviewing and play therapy modalities. She practices many of the included stress reduction strategies to cope during challenging times, whether related to personal, community, national or global stressors.
