Meeting Rooms
Whether you’re hosting a workshop, performance, class, or community event, Laramie County Library’s meeting spaces provide the flexibility, technology, and comfort to make it possible.
Each room offers free Wi-Fi, audiovisual options, and support from library staff to help your event run smoothly.

Cottonwood room
Our largest and most versatile event space, the Cottonwood Room is designed for large audiences and high-impact presentations. With seating for up to 225 people, this space is ideal for lectures, concerts, community meetings, film screenings, or celebrations. Specialized lighting, an integrated sound system, and an optional kitchenette make it a fully equipped venue for both public and private events.

sage room
Located on the second floor, the Sage Room offers a quiet, focused environment with room for up to 27 participants. The built-in projector and small kitchenette make it perfect for board meetings, planning sessions, and small group workshops.

willow room
Bright, adaptable, and easy to use, the Willow Room offers the ideal setup for workshops, trainings, and mid-sized meetings. With flexible furniture and simple technology controls, it provides a professional yet welcoming environment for your next group session or presentation.

This cozy third-floor space features a conference-style setup for up to 16 people. It’s an excellent choice for team discussions, interviews, tutoring, or small group study sessions.

The Studio
The Studio provides six computer stations equipped with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software. It doubles as The Studio, a professional-grade production space for video, podcasting, photography, and digital design.
Use this space for technology training, digital media projects, or creative production with guidance from library staff.
