Community Meeting Spaces
Find the right space for your next meeting, study session, or creative project.
Laramie County Library System offers rooms and spaces designed to support connection, collaboration, and creativity—from quiet study rooms to community meeting spaces and a professional-grade recording studio.
Before booking or visiting, please review our Meeting Room Policy and choose the option that best fits your needs.

Meeting Rooms
Host your next meeting, presentation, or community event at the library. The Cheyenne branch offers several reservable meeting rooms with flexible setups, audiovisual options, and staff support. Reservations are free, though a suggested $10 use fee helps maintain these shared spaces.
Best for: Large events, workshops, community gatherings, and presentations.

Study rooms
Need a quiet place to focus or collaborate? The Cheyenne branch has six general-use study rooms on the second and third floors. They’re available first-come, first-served no reservation required and are perfect for studying, virtual meetings, interviews, or small group projects.
Best for: Individuals or small groups seeking a quiet workspace.

The Studio
Create, record, and design in The Studio, a professional production space located on the third floor. Equipped for video recording, podcasting, photography, and digital design, The Studio offers professional tools and software to bring your story or project to life.
Best for: Creators, entrepreneurs, educators, and students.
