Explore how cultures around the world include insects into their diets. Known as entomophagy, eating insects is celebrated in many places for its sustainability and nutrition. Participants will learn about insect-based foods and will even have the opportunity to sample a few insect-based treats.

Meet live resident raptor ambassadors and learn what makes these birds so remarkable. This program explores what defines a raptor, how they survive in the wild, the challenges they face, and how we can help protect them.
