Library Café Closure
The Library Café’s last day of operation will be September 11, with construction beginning September 14 for required facility and code updates.
During the closure, LCLS will also explore a more sustainable approach to café service, including seeking an outside organization with food-service expertise to operate the café.
Our intention is to preserve the space for café service. A reopening date has not yet been determined and will depend on both the construction and proposal process.
The Library Café offers breakfast, lunch, baked goods, and a variety of hot and cold beverages—all crafted in response to feedback from our community. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or settling in with a sandwich and a latte, the Café provides convenient, delicious options right inside the library.
All proceeds from The Library Café support Laramie County Library System services and programs.
