Library Lending Machine
The library Is closer than you think.
Borrowing from the library just got even more convenient. Our new library lending machine brings a rotating collection of new and popular titles to a place you may already visit.
Located inside the Laramie County Senior Activity Center, the lending machine makes it easy to browse and borrow materials for all ages. Anyone is welcome to use the machine during the center’s regular public hours.
How It Works
Using the library lending machine is easy:
- Scan your library card.
- Wait for the cabinet to unlock.
- Open the door and choose the items you’d like to borrow.
- Close the door firmly, making sure it latches completely.
The items you selected are automatically checked out to your library account.
Find Your Next Read
The library lending machine features a rotating collection of new and popular titles for children, teens, and adults. Browse the shelves when you visit or check the library catalog to see what’s currently available.
Items in the lending machine are available for checkout at the Senior Activity Center and cannot be placed on hold or transferred to another library location.
Everyone Is Welcome
You don’t have to be a senior or a member of the Laramie County Senior Activity Center to use the library lending machine. A valid library card is all you need to check out materials.
Returning Your Items
Materials cannot be returned inside the library lending machine. For now, please return materials to any library location.
A library materials return will soon be available outside the front (south) entrance of the Laramie County Senior Activity Center.
