Thanks to the incredible talent in our community, you can now choose from four brand-new library card designs created by the winners of our First Annual Library Card Art Contest.

Starting Tuesday, September 2, 2025, sign up for a new library card or refresh yours with one of our winning designs at any branch in Cheyenne, Burns, Pine Bluffs, or on the Bookmobile.
