Laramie County Library System’s mission is to be a hub for engagement, literacy and learning, and lifelong curiosity and discovery – both inside the library and out in the community. If you are planning an event and think the library should be there, please let us know by filling out the form below.

Here are some things to know as you request a visit from Library Outreach:

  • Submit your request at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee that a library employee will be available for your event.
  • All requests are evaluated in the order they are received.

Please note: due to the high volume of outreach requests, we may be unable to accommodate your requested date. Please provide three date options so that the library can work your request into the outreach schedule. If only one date works for you, leave the second and third choices blank.
