Off the Shelf Magazine

Libraries are full of stories.

Some are found in books. Others are found in the people, programs, services, and experiences that connect our community every day.

Off the Shelf is Laramie County Library System’s quarterly magazine, created to help you discover more of what your library has to offer. Each issue features community stories, reading recommendations, behind-the-scenes insights, and a closer look at the people, programs, services, and ideas that help shape Laramie County.

Books may come off the shelf, but so do ideas, conversations, discoveries, and opportunities.

Off the Shelf is about exploring the stories behind the library and the impact those stories have throughout our community. Our hope is that every issue helps you discover something new, whether it’s a program, service, event, resource, or story that inspires you to explore further.

Whether you’re looking for your next great read, curious about what’s happening across Laramie County, or interested in new opportunities to learn, create, and connect, Off the Shelf is for you.
