Request for Proposals: Library Cafe Services
Laramie County Library System is seeking information and proposals from qualified café operators, food service providers, coffee vendors, or concessionaires interested in operating and managing café services at Laramie County Library. The Library intends to identify a vendor that can provide high-quality beverages, light food, snacks, and related services in a welcoming, reliable, financially sustainable, and community-centered manner.
