The Laramie County Library System is seeking a photographer for our annual Seasonal Photos event, to be held on Saturday, November 14, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Cheyenne.

This family-friendly event offers community members an opportunity to have seasonal photographs taken in a festive winter setting. The selected photographer will be expected to arrive approximately one hour before the event for setup and provide a wintry backdrop suitable for individual, family, and group photos.

The photographer will be responsible for photographing attendees during the event and providing two edited photos per group, up to 45 groups. By December 12, photos must be uploaded to a digital gallery hosted on the photographer’s website where patrons can access and download their images. A QR code to the page where photos will be hosted must be provided in advance of the event.

We welcome photographers with experience in portrait, family, event, or seasonal photography who enjoy working with diverse community members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. To be considered, applications must be received by Friday, October 16.
