Before- & After-Hours Meeting Room Reservations
Need to reserve a meeting room outside of regular library hours? Select Laramie County Library System locations offer options for before- and after-hours use, with different processes depending on the location.
Cheyenne Library
Before- and after-hours reservations are available for select meeting rooms at the Cheyenne library.
These reservations require advance planning and include additional requirements.
- Requests must be submitted in advance
- A security fee applies
- Access is limited to designated areas of the library
- Staff are not available during these times
To request a before- or after-hours reservation at the Cheyenne library, complete the request form below.
Burns Branch
The Burns Branch offers extended access to its meeting room through Self-Service Library Access.
Patrons approved for self-service access may reserve and use the meeting room outside of staffed library hours.
- A valid library card and approved self-service access are required
- Reservations must still be made online using the standard reservation system
- Access is available during designated self-service hours
