Manito families and their culture have had a profound impact on the Rocky Mountain West. Originating in New Mexico, Manito peoples moved throughout the region seeking work. Following the Manito Trail focuses on their migration into Wyoming and the many ways they influenced the life and culture of the state. Come learn more about Manitos and the surprising ways they have shaped our part of the world.
