Movies for Mindful Aging: Harold and Maude

Please join us for a viewing of Harold and Maude (PG, 1971) starring Ruth Gordon—nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture for her performance—and Bud Court. Death-obsessed Harold meets vivacious Maude at a funeral. A forbidden love blossoms while Cat Stevens’ tunes play in the background and Harold learns to embrace life. Library Café refreshments and popcorn are provided. Optional chair yoga at the start of the event and discussion to follow the movie.
