Joe Posnanski is an award-winning sportswriter, New York Times best-selling author, blogger, and podcaster. He has written for Sports Illustrated, The Athletic, MLB.com and NBC Sports, and has authored five sports-related books. Joe was named National Sportswriter of the Year by the Sportswriters and Sportscasters Hall of Fame in 2012. Additionally, he was twice named the best sports columnist in America by the Associated Press Sports Editors for his work in the Kansas City Star. His most recent book, The Life and Afterlife of Harry Houdini, will be released by Simon & Schuster in October 2019 and available to Booklovers Bash attendees.
