Beginning Tuesday, September 1, Laramie County Library System will reinstate its normal operating hours for the Cheyenne, Burns, and Pine Bluffs libraries. Curbside pick-up of holds will now be available in all three facilities anytime they are open. The Cheyenne library will be open and curbside pick-up will be available during the following hours: Monday–Thursday 10am–9pm; Friday and Saturday 10am–6pm; and Sunday 1pm–5pm.
The Burns Branch library will be open and curbside pick-up will be available during the following hours: Monday 1pm–5pm; Tuesday 10am–5pm; closed Wednesday; Thursday 10am–7pm; Friday 10am–5pm; Saturday 9am–12pm; and closed Sunday.
The Pine Bluffs Branch library will be open and curbside pick-up will be available during the following hours: closed Monday; Tuesday 10am–7pm; Wednesday and Thursday 10am–5pm; Friday 1pm–5pm; Saturday 9am–12pm; and closed Sunday.
The Library Café will remain open for limited business hours Monday–Friday 9am–2pm. The bookmobile will continue to provide curbside pick-up of holds in Albin and Carpenter on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. At this time, no one is allowed on the bookmobile but may pick up holds that have been placed specifically to be picked up on the bookmobile. Return of library items from any of the LCLS facilities are also accepted.
Restrictions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 will still be enforced in all three facilities. Anyone wishing to use a library facility must wear a face covering, limit visits to one visit per day for up to two hours per person/group, and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
