Usher in the spirit of the season by participating in the community read aloud of the Charles Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol. We will read the entire story from start to finish. All are invited and encouraged to attend–individuals, families, book clubs, and groups–and participate by reading a portion of the book. All reading levels are welcomed! Even if you are not reading, enjoy cookies, cocoa, and hot cider while you listen to this beloved holiday tale.
We are asking that those who sign up commit to being at the library ten minutes prior to the start of their reading slot and remain for at least the full thirty minute time slot. We will assign 3–5 readers per time slot; each reader will read for 7–10 minutes and listen to the other assigned readers. Family and friends are encouraged to come listen. Festive attire encouraged but not required.
Please sign up to be a reader at the 2nd floor Ask Here desk, or by calling the library at 307-634-3561.
