Please join us for a seasonal cooking series inspired by Michael Pollan’s Cooked book and Netflix docuseries. In this four-part series, we will explore cooking, baking, and brewing with Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. “Air,” the first in the series, will be held in two sessions. In January , Jill Grund will take us through the mysteries of sourdough starters, including high-altitude baking considerations, caring for your starter, and some of the health benefits of sourdough. Patrons will take home their sourdough starter after the first session and are encouraged to sign up for the second session in February where we will share sourdough experiences and recipes, and make and take home a unique food item.
