Please join us for a seasonal cooking series inspired by Michael Pollan’s Cooked. In this four-part series, we will explore cooking, baking, brewing, and juicing with Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. In the second session in the Air series, Jill Grund will follow up on the mysteries of sourdough starters, high-altitude baking considerations, care of your sourdough starter, and many of the health benefits of sourdough and cooking at home. We will share our sourdough experiences from session one, sourdough bread-making recipes, and make and take home a unique sourdough-made food item. Reservations for patrons who have not attended a previous session will open on January 15.
