Teens are invited to stop by the Pine Bluffs Branch Library during Teentober Week to pick up supplies for dried leaf candle lanterns. We’ll provide dried leaves of all shapes and sizes and flameless candles to make an easy, yet striking, candle lantern centerpiece.
