Magic Between the Pages – An Adventure in Reading

Veteran performer Kyle Groves will take the audience on adventure in reading exploring topics such as “The History of The Traveling Medicine Show”, “Where in the World Can We Go? A look at Geography,” and of course, no adventure would be complete without stepping right into a fairy tale. You might even get to learn how to do a magic trick! Guests will learn to use their imaginations as they explore all the adventures that lie within the walls of the library and learn some important lessons along the way. The importance of reading daily, visiting your library often, and of course taking care of the treasures we know as books! Through the use of a ton of audience participation, lively music, clean comedy, and state-of-the-art magic you are sure to have a magical adventure this summer. Groves will have a small magic shop available after the program with items available for purchase to start your own adventure in the world of magic.
