Positive Aging: Hidden Figures

Please join us in viewing Hidden Figures (PG, 2016), an Oscar-nominated film that tackles racial and gender discrimination in the 1960s. Portrayed by an all-star cast including Octavia Spencer and Kevin Costner, three black female mathematicians provide critical calculations that fuel NASA’s space race over three decades. Refreshments and movie theater popcorn will be provided. Discussion to follow.
