Head outside to enjoy a fun early literacy activity with Laramie County Library System’s StoryWalk®! The StoryWalk® is an outdoor learning experience that takes children and families on an adventure around library property as they read a story, participate in exciting (and sometimes silly) activities, and interact with a variety of engaging questions based on the book’s content.
There are 20 StoryWalk® panels installed around the library. Start your walk just outside the west entrance by the statue of a mother reading to her children. From there, the StoryWalk® stops will guide you where to go next.
The StoryWalk® is available 24/7, 365 days a year. A new book title is added every month. Laramie County Library also hosts a monthly StoryWalk® Sunday event! Find details on the monthly event and the current StoryWalk® title by visiting our events calendar.
The Laramie County Library StoryWalk® has been made possible thanks to funding from the Microsoft Community Challenge and support from ChangeX.
