Cheyenne, let’s keep moving! Please join us for gentle Chair Yoga with Toni Brannen from Blossom Yoga Studio. Sessions will be on the second and third Wednesdays this month. We will practice yoga while seated or standing for 45 minutes. Afterward, participants are invited to share an inspiring literature-related item: a gratitude, a poignant poem, a favorite quote, book, movie, or podcast. All equipment provided. No prior yoga experience needed.
