Movies for Mindful Aging: Lightyear

Please join us for a viewing of Lightyear (rated PG, 2022) starring Chris Evans, Keke Palmer, and Peter Sohn. Lightyear is the definitive 1995 origin story of Buzz Lightyear from the Disney classic Toy Story. Space Ranger Lightyear is marooned on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years from Earth. Obsessed with returning to Earth, life quickly passes by before Buzz is joined by a ragtag crew and learns many valuable lessons. Refreshments and popcorn are provided. Optional chair yoga at the start of the event and discussion to follow the movie.
