Alzheimer’s and Dementia Educational Series: Community Forum (RSVP Required for Online Attendees)

We want to hear from you! We will begin this series with a Community Forum and an opportunity to share your experiences with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia, discuss community needs, and learn about programs and services that support those who are living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia, their care partners, family members, community leaders, faith leaders, first responders, business owners, and agency representatives. Together, we can strengthen care and support resources in Laramie County. Attendees can participate in person or via Zoom.
