DIY Garbage Bag Kite Creations

Let’s go fly a kite! Come in and make a simple garbage bag kite that you can use for flying at the 6th annual End of the Trail Kite Festival on September 24th hosted by the Pine Bluffs Rec Department. Make it unique with the colorful supplies we’ll be providing.
