Please join us for a viewing of The Zookeeper’s Wife (PG-13, 2017) featuring Jessica Chastain, Johan Heldenbergh, and Daniel Brühl. Based on the book by Diane Ackerman and the real-life events of zookeepers Antonia and Dr. Jan Zabinski. Experience the nurturing spirit and steadfastness of the Zabinski family as the Warsaw Zoo becomes a safe haven for Jewish refugees during World War II. Refreshments and popcorn provided. Optional chair yoga at the start of the event and discussion to follow the movie.
