National Denim Day, the last Wednesday of April, is a day of awareness building about sexual assault.  Participants are encouraged to wear denim as a way to draw attention to the prevalence of sexual assault, to educate people about this important issue, and to counteract victim blaming.  The jeans on display were worn and decorated in Laramie County as part of Denim Day 2024.  We hope you’ll come by the library to learn more about this important annual day of action.
