Laramie County Library Reopening Three Meeting Rooms and Eliminating Three-Hour Time Limit for All Visitors

Good news! Laramie County Library System will be reopening three meeting rooms at a limited capacity beginning Monday, April 12, 2021.

You will be able to utilize the Cottonwood Room, Sunflower Room, or Windflower Room at the following capacities:

  • Cottonwood Room – 57 people
  • Sunflower Room – 10 people
  • Windflower Room- 4 people


On Monday, April 12, the library will be eliminating the 3-hour time limit for visitors. Masks will still be required at all times while in the library and social distancing measures will be enforced.

Please note that failure to comply with the library’s meeting room capacities, social distancing requirements, or mask mandate may result in a 90 day suspension of meeting room privileges.

The library will be implementing new meeting room software with enhanced functionality to improve your experience. Some new features include text and email notifications for both room requests and approval notices.

Beginning Monday, April 5 at 10:00am you can visit https://lclsonline.org/services/meetingrooms/ to book a meeting room and find more information on the new meeting room software. Meeting rooms can still be booked in person by visiting the first floor Ask Here desk.
